Layaway - All Payments are FINAL and non-refundable and are due 2 Weeks from the date of this receipt. If 1 payment is missed a $25.00 late fee will automatically be applied. If 2 payments are missed, you forfeit your dress and all prior payments will be forfeited, and the dress returned to the sales floor.
We are not responsible for size fit based on weight gain or loss including but not limited to pregnancy. We are not responsible for or make any promises for any other businesses including but not limited to alteration referrals.
